Eligibility and qualification

For Chairperson positions, applicants require an MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PMDC along with higher qualifications such as FCPS, FRCA, MRCP (preferably with CCT) or US Board Certification or equivalent Level III qualification, plus PMDC registration. A minimum of seven years' faculty experience in a recognized institution with evidence of scholarly activity and teaching is required.

For Faculty positions, qualifications and experience strictly follow MTI Policy Board Regulations/Criteria. PMDC registration and PMDC eligibility certificate are mandatory.

For Manager Security (IPS-06), a Bachelor's degree is required (preferably 1st Division). Candidates must be retired officers at minimum rank of Major or equivalent from armed forces/police services with at least 5 years of experience as Security Incharge in a leading institution.

For Assistant Manager Security (IPS-05), a Bachelor's degree is required. Retired armed forces/police officers (minimum rank of Major) require 3 years of experience as Assistant Security Incharge. Civilians require minimum 5 years of experience as Security Supervisor/Incharge in a reputable organization.

For Pre Auditor (IPS-04), candidates must hold an MBA (Finance), M.Com, or intermediate status of CA, ICMAP, or ACCA, along with 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed institution.

Age limit and other conditions
