• ITIL-based service delivery experience, managing SLAs, and operational user support processes.
• Sound understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and production support standards.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) for incident, problem, and change management.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Software license management and vendor coordination skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement operational strategies for BI & Analytics tools.
